Under this new agreement both the entities, MIT-CRE and Landmark Advisory, the real
estate research and analysis division of Landmark Properties, will conduct a series
of research based initiatives on UAE’s real estate market. This will help leverage
Landmark Properties’ unparalleled research, consulting, asset management and
financial services experience within their Advisory division as well as MIT-CRE’s
international partnerships network in emerging markets.

Chairman of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for Real Estate, Tony
Ciocetti, explained that Landmark Properties was the perfect fit for MIT-CRE in the
region.
